Hello Everyone!

This is guest post is my first time here, Thank you Jennifer for the opportunity. My name is Liz Mullen. I’ve been blogging over at ScrapiliciousLife.blogspot.com Last year I started doing some YouTube videos but I’m still a newbie at that.

This week my husband and I are celebrating our 20th Year Wedding Anniversary {congrats Liz!}. We have two daughters, one in college and one in high school. I’m not as busy with them as I used to. I’ve been crafting, scrapbooking since I was in high school. I have learned that I like to teach. I teach at my local Scrapbook store. So let’s get on to the tutorial of a Mini I made for Father’s Day.

This mini is full of pocket pages!

I used 7 sheets of 12×12 paper of Campy Trails, wolf creek by American craft. I cut those sheets into 10”x8” and then score on the 8” side at 4”

Turn on to the 10” side and score at 6” at this time if you have an edge punch, punch the short side

Now you can fold the page into a 6”x4” pocket page

This the extra paper cut out tags. I also cut chipboard covers 6 ¼ “x 4 ¼” . I decorated the covers with book text, Tim Holtz distress stains; Antique Linen, Vintage Photo and Wild Honey. I also used Claudine Hellmuth Studio Multi-medium Matte, Love this stuff to add the book text to the chipboard.

I also used scraps of the patterned paper. I added the mini pennants banner canvas pieces by Maya Road to the cover with 450 quick Dry adhesive. The type font “DAD” is from a graphics 45 paper. I used the label maker to add Father’s Day.
Here is the inside look of the first page

I used some twine and ribbon for the tags

And I also added some manly Bling to the binder rings

I invite you to stop by my blog and become a follower. It was lovely to be a guest here
Thank You
😀
Happy Crafting~Liz
